The Governors of St John’s Catholic Primary school are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, and hard working class teacher to join our friendly, dedicated and successful school team for September 2024. 

We are specifically looking for a KS2 teacher (with experience or an ECT) We are looking for someone full of energy and enthusiasm that we can invest time into and develop into an outstanding member of our friendly team.

 

         We are seeking to appoint an excellent classroom teacher who:

 

  • is a practising Catholic (desirable)
  • is an inspirational, innovative, dedicated and highly effective classroom teacher, committed to raising standards
  • has high expectations of children’s achievement and behaviour
  • has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the primary curriculum
  • is proficient in assessment and planning for outstanding learning and progress
  • shows initiative and takes responsibility
  • is able to work effectively as part of a team and form positive relationships throughout our school community
