DEVELOPMENT OF OUR IDENTITY
Consulted the whole community: parent and children's questionnaires and a staff meeting all asked what the school means to us and what we do well - what makes us unique?
Took everything to governors, who agreed six values — one per half term, each placed at a different point in the liturgical year with a scripture passage attached
Reimagined the house point system so the values are front and centre
Redesigned the houses themselves so their names and identities reflect who we are as a school community
